Are you able to do Name Jigsaw Puzzles in other colours?
All our Name Jigsaw Puzzles come in the standard colour-scheme, as shown in the photos. We have found the bold, contrasting, primary colours to be more interesting and attractive to small children, encouraging them to engage with the toy. (Please note: colour shades may differ slightly from those shown).
Can I have a double name on one jigsaw?
We are no longer able to put two names on one puzzle. However, you can still order each name as a separate jigsaw.
Can you make a Name Jigsaw Puzzle longer than 11 letters?
Unfortunately our machinery can only accommodate a certain length of wood, so 11 letters is our maximum.
I’ve lost a letter from my Name Jigsaw Puzzle, can you make a replacement piece?
Sorry, but as each and every one of our Name Puzzles is individually hand-cut, the amount of time and work involved to match the shape of the piece to make it fit an existing puzzle would not be at all economical. We hope you find your missing piece soon.
Can I buy from you in person?
If you would prefer to buy in person, you can visit us every Saturday and Sunday, Stall 119 at Covent Garden craft market, Jubilee Market Hall, 1 Tavistock Court, Covent Garden, London WC2E 8BD.

Delivery charges are based on the sizes and weights of our products.
> We have set a flat-rate postage price on all UK orders, so order as much as you like! UK orders will be sent standard 1st or 2nd class depending on size/weight.
> For overseas customers there is a base-rate for the first item, depending on your location, with an additional charge for each extra product you order.
